Abstract
El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación fue realizada en la localidad de Cañete Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local en año 2018, el objetivo de la esta investigación fue abordar la problemática: ¿Qué relación tiene el ambiente institucional con la gestión educativa de la UGE Cañete? Así, el objetivo fue determinar el grado de relación entre la gestión educativa y el clima institucional de la UGEL Cañete. Para lograr este objetivo se aplicó una técnica cuantitativa de corte transversal con un diseño descriptivo correlacional a una muestra de 68 trabajadores de la UGEL Cañete. Los hallazgos del estudio indican que el clima institucional de la UGEL se encuentra en desarrollo y que su gestión educativa es considerada de regular a muy buena. Las variables muestran una asociación positiva, como lo indica la r de Pearson (0,907), y la hipótesis de investigación fue aceptada en base al p-valor de 0,000. Así, en 2018 se establece que el 82,2 % del clima institucional es fijado por la gestión educativa de la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local de Cañete.
