Abstract
El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación es acompañamiento pedagógico y el desempeño docente en la Institución Educativa Abraham Roldan Poma del distrito de Santiago de Surco - 2017. Se formuló como problemática general: ¿Cómo se relaciona el acompañamiento pedagógico y el desempeño docente en la Institución Educativa Abraham Roldan Poma del distrito de Santiago de Surco - 2017? El objetivo principal fue determinar la relación entre el acompañamiento pedagógico y el desempeño docente en la Institución Educativa Abraham Roldan Poma del distrito de Santiago de Surco - 2017. La población de estudio estaba integrada por 20 educadores del Centro Educativo Abraham Roldan Poma del distrito de Santiago de Surco - 2017. El tipo de indagación es no experimental aplicado, su diseño es descriptivo correlacional. Los instrumentos empleados son: el cuestionario de encuesta para la variable (1): el acompañamiento pedagógico y el cuestionario de encuesta para la variable (2): el desempeño docente. Los resultados de la investigación señalan que el acompañamiento pedagógico se vincula significativamente con el desempeño docente en la Institución Educativa Abraham Roldan Poma del distrito de Santiago de Surco - 2017.
The objective of this research work is pedagogical support and teaching performance at the Abraham Roldan Poma Educational Institution in the district of Santiago de Surco - 2017. It was formulated as a general problem: How is pedagogical support and teaching performance related in the Institution? Abraham Roldan Poma Educational District of Santiago de Surco - 2017? The main objective was to determine the relationship between pedagogical support and teaching performance at the Abraham Roldan Poma Educational Institution in the district of Santiago de Surco - 2017. The study population was made up of 20 educators from the Abraham Roldan Poma Educational Center in the district of Santiago de Surco - 2017. The type of inquiry is non-experimental applied, its design is descriptive correlational. The instruments used are: the survey questionnaire for variable (1): pedagogical support and the survey questionnaire for variable (2): teaching performance. The results of the research indicate that pedagogical support is significantly linked to teaching performance at the Abraham Roldan Poma Educational Institution in the district of Santiago de Surco - 2017.
