Abstract
El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación fue la gestión estratégica del docente y la calidad enseñanza de la institución educativa Nro. 1262 José Carlos Mariátegui UGEL 06 Ate Vitarte, 2019 fue determinar la relación que existía entre La gestión estratégica del docente y la calidad enseñanza de la institución educativa Nro. 1262 José Carlos Mariátegui UGEL 06 Ate Vitarte, 2019 en una población conformada por 60 docentes institución educativa Nro.1262 José Carlos Mariátegui UGEL 06 Ate Vitarte, 2021. Y una muestra censal de 60 docentes. Con una confiabilidad de sus instrumentos Se recogió la información en una muestra piloto de 15 docentes obteniendo los siguientes resultados: Alfa de Cronbach. , 755 para el instrumento de gestión estratégica y para el instrumento de calidad de enseñanza un alfa de Cronbach de , 846. Las conclusiones a que se arribaron fueron las siguientes: 1 La correlación de Pearson r = 0,858. Nos demuestra que existe una relación significativa entre la gestión estratégica del docente y la calidad enseñanza 2. La correlación de Pearson r = 0,652. Nos demuestra que existe una relación significativa entre la gestión estratégica del docente y la planificación 3. La correlación de Pearson r = 0,785. Nos demuestra que existe relación significativa entre la gestión estratégica del docente y la ejecución 4. La correlación de Pearson r = 0,718. Nos demuestra que existe relación significativa entre la gestión estratégica del docente y la evaluación de la institución educativa Nº1262 José Carlos Mariátegui UGEL 06 Ate - Vitarte, 2021, según el cuadro de Sampieri es correlación positiva fuerte, de acuerdo a los índices de correlación.
