Abstract
EL objetivo de este trabajo de investigación fue tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre el clima organizacional y desempeño laboral de los trabajadores administrativos de la Municipalidad Provincial del Callao – 2019, la metodología aplicada fue de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo correlacional, con un diseño no experimental, el instrumento fue validado por juicio de expertos y la confiabilidad para su aplicación mediante la técnica de encuesta resulto entre 0,938 y 0,915, además estuvo constituido por un cuestionario de escala de Likert y se adaptó a 91 trabajadores administrativos de un total de población de 120 personas. Para el análisis de los resultados se utilizó SPSS v.26, así mismo, para organizar las tablas y figuras se utilizó Microsoft Excel. Los resultados obtenidos para el clima organizacional se evidenciaron que el 8.8% de trabajadores califican como deficiente, el 49,5% como regular y 41,8% de bueno; mientras tanto, para desempeño laboral, el 3,3% califica deficiente, el 26,4% de regular y el 70.3% bueno. Para la comprobación de las hipótesis los resultados demostraron que el clima organizacional, sus dimensiones y desempeño laboral se correlacionan obteniendo así el valor de coeficiente Rho de Spearman de 0.650**, 0.458**, 0.619**, 0.541** y 0.688** de la misma forma, p = 0.000, p < 0.05, en todos los casos se acepta la hipótesis alterna y se rechaza la hipótesis nula, de ello, se deduce que existe una correlación positiva considerable y media.
The objective of this research work was to determine the relationship between the organizational climate and work performance of the administrative workers of the Provincial Municipality of Callao - 2019, the methodology applied was a quantitative approach, of a correlational type, with a design not experimental, the instrument was validated by expert judgment and the reliability for its application through the survey technique was between 0.938 and 0.915, it also consisted of a Likert scale questionnaire and was adapted to 91 administrative workers from a total population of 120 people. SPSS v.26 was used to analyze the results, and Microsoft Excel was used to organize the tables and figures. The results obtained for the organizational climate showed that 8.8% of workers rate it as poor, 49.5% as regular and 41.8% as good; Meanwhile, for job performance, 3.3% rate poor, 26.4% rate regular, and 70.3% rate good. To verify the hypotheses, the results showed that the organizational climate, its dimensions and work performance are correlated, thus obtaining the value of Spearman's Rho coefficient of 0.650**, 0.458**, 0.619**, 0.541** and 0.688** In the same way, p = 0.000, p < 0.05, in all cases the alternative hypothesis is accepted and the null hypothesis is rejected, from this it follows that there is a considerable and medium positive correlation.
