Abstract
El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación tuvo como propósito determinar la relación entre la competencia digital y la gestión pedagógica de los docentes de la Institución Educativa José María Arguedas de Uripa, en el distrito de Anco Huallo, provincia de Chincheros, región Apurímac, en el año 2021. Se trata de un estudio de enfoque cuantitativo, aplicando un diseño correlacional de tipo descriptivo. La población está compuesta por docentes de instituciones educativas, y la muestra censal es de 58 docentes. Aplicando los resultados del cuestionario a las dos variables, se observa que entre las variables encontramos rho = 0,438 y un valor de significancia de p = 0,001, ya que el valor es menor a 0,05, rechazando la hipótesis nula y aceptando la alternativa. Así, los resultados indicaron una relación significativa entre la variable competencia digital y la gestión pedagógica.
The objective of this research work was to determine the relationship between digital competence and pedagogical management of teachers at the José María Arguedas de Uripa Educational Institution, in the district of Anco Huallo, province of Chincheros, Apurímac region, in the year 2021. Applying the results of the questionnaire to the two variables, it is observed that among the variables we find rho = 0.438 and a significance value of p = 0.001, since the value is less than 0.05, rejecting the null hypothesis and accepting the alternative. Thus, the results indicated a significant relationship between the digital competence variable and pedagogical management.
