Abstract
El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación fue determinar la relación existente entre las cinco S y la ecoeficiencia en la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local UGEL 01, 2019, para lo cual se consideró las teorías de las cinco S y la ecoeficiencia, tomando como población a 146 de los 235 servidores civiles a quienes se les aplico dos encuestas tipo Likert.
La investigación fue de tipo básica, alcance descriptivo – correlacional, enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental-transversal, las encuestas se validaron por opinión de expertos y con el índice de consistencia interna Alpha de Cronbach, con una confiabilidad de 0.978 y 0.938 respectivamente. Se concluyo que existe una correlación positiva moderada entre la metodología 5S y la ecoeficiencia. Además, la metodología 5S se correlaciona positivamente muy alto con la ecoeficiencia ambiental, económica e institucional y solo en forma moderada con la ecoeficiencia social, en la UGEL 1.
