Abstract
El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación es tener en cuenta el contraste de hipótesis. En tanto a la hipótesis general se da como concluido que el nivel de relación en el comportamiento organizacional y el rendimiento laboral de los colaboradores de la Microred “Rímac” – Lima 2015, es altamente significativo.
En cuanto a la hipótesis específica N° 1, Se determina que la fuerza de la conexión entre el comportamiento organizacional y la orientación al logro de los colaboradores de la Microred “Rímac” – Lima 2015, es altamente significativo.
En cuanto a la hipótesis específica N° 2, se concluye que el grado de relación entre el comportamiento organizacional y la orientación al servicio de los colaboradores de la Microred “Rímac” – Lima 2015, es altamente significativo.
En cuanto a la hipótesis específica N° 3, se concluye que el grado de relación entre el comportamiento organizacional y la mejora de productividad de los colaboradores de la Microred “Rímac” – Lima 2015, es moderadamente significativo
En cuanto a la hipótesis específica N° 4, se concluye que el grado de relación entre el comportamiento organizacional y el rendimiento al esfuerzo de los colaboradores de la Microred “Rímac” – Lima 2015, es altamente significativo.
Finalmente, en cuanto a la hipótesis específica N° 5, se concluye que el grado de relación entre el comportamiento organizacional y el rendimiento laboral global de los colaboradores de la Microred “Rímac” – Lima 2015, es altamente significativo.
The objective of this research work is to take into account the contrast of hypotheses. As for the general hypothesis, it is concluded that the level of relationship in organizational behavior and work performance of the collaborators of the “Rímac” Micronetwork – Lima 2015 is highly significant.
