Abstract
transeccional no experimental.
This thesis reports research on the influence of the Labor Burnout on Motivation in the professional tasks of the faculty of four public educational institutions in the district of San Juan de Miraflores. The randomized stratified sample consisted of 154 teachers. The research had a quantitative approach, was empirical applied type, with correlal methodology, and non-experimental transsectal design. The Teacher Occupational Wear Scale and the Work Tasks Motivation Scale for Teachers were applied for information collection. The validity of content and reliability of these instruments were corroborated respectively by the Aiken validity coefficient and the Crobach Alpha coefficient. The collected data were processed with the stanone scale for the qualitative levels of the variables studied, and with the Pearson correlation parametric statistical test (r) for the evaluation of the general hypothesis and specific hypotheses. The results showed the existence of a negative and moderate influence of the teaching work burnout on the motivation for the professional tasks of the teachers of the educational institutions studied, as well as on the identified motivation and the built-in motivation for the professional tasks of the participating teachers, while it negatively influenced in a high negative way the intrinsic motivation for teaching tasks. On the other hand, there was a high positive influence of the labor burnout on external motivation and demotivation for professional tasks rooted in the teachers of the educational institutions "Peruano Canadiense", "Elías Aguirre", "Solidaridad Peruano Alemania" and "Peru Valladolid" of San Juan de Miraflores. The findings were statistically significant at a probability level of p.0.05.
