Abstract
La presente tesis tiene como título Gestión Directiva y Calidad Educativa del
Instituto Superior Tecnológico Público José Pardo – Lima 2017 y tiene como objetivo
general determinar la relación entre la Gestión Directiva y la Calidad Educativa.
Es una investigación descriptiva correlacional, de diseño no exsperimental con un
enfoque cuantitativo. La población la conforman 85 docentes del Instituto de Educación
Superior Tecnológico Público José Pardo – Lima 2017.
Se utilizaron como instrumento para la recolección de datos dos cuestionarios, uno
para la variable Gestión Educativa con cuatro dimensiones y otro para la variable Calidad
Educativa con dos dimensiones, los resultados muestran una correlación alta con un rho =
0.804 y significativa con un p = 0.005.
This thesis is entitled Management Management and Educational Quality of the Higher Institute of Public Technology José Pardo - Lima 2017 and its general objective is to determine the relationship between Management Management and Educational Quality. The population is made up of 85 teachers from the José Pardo Public Technological Higher Education Institute - Lima 2017. Two questionnaires were used as an instrument for data collection, one for the Educational Management variable with four dimensions and the other for the Educational Quality variable with two dimensions, the results show a high correlation with a rho = 0.804 and significant with a p = 0.005 .
