Abstract
La investigación tuvo el enfoque cuantitativo y del tipo descriptivo y correlacional,
tuvo como propósito determinar la relación entre el monitoreo pedagógico directoral y el
desempeño docente de la Institución Educativa Inicial José Saco Rojas de Carabayllo. La
investigadora eligió, construyó y aplicó los instrumentos de la investigación: fichas de
opinión sobre el monitoreo pedagógico directoral y el de observación para el desempeño
docente, validados con opinión de expertos y con el coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach. En la
investigación se construyeron las bases teóricas de las variables monitoreo pedagógico
directoral y el desempeño docente, en las cuales se utilizaron el estilo de redacción APA
versión 6. La muestra la conformaron 30 sujetos entre padres de familia y docentes.
Procesados los datos obtenidos con el estadístico r de Pearson, se pudo determinar la
relación significativa entre el monitoreo pedagógico directoral y el desempeño docente.
The research had a quantitative and descriptive and correlational type of approach, with the purpose of determining the relationship between directive pedagogical monitoring and the teaching performance of the Initial Educational Institution José Saco Rojas de Carabayllo. The researcher chose, built and applied the research instruments: opinion sheets on directive pedagogical monitoring and observation for teaching performance, validated with the opinion of experts and with the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient. In the research, the theoretical bases of the variables pedagogical monitoring and teaching performance were constructed, in which the writing style APA version 6 was used. The sample was made up of 30 subjects between parents and teachers. After processing the data obtained with the Pearson r statistic, it was possible to determine the significant relationship between directive pedagogical monitoring and teaching performance.
