dc.description.abstractEl objetivo de este trabajo de investigación es conocer el paradigma de la pedagogía, entendiendo que la educación está presente en la vida del hombre desde el comienzo de su existencia. La diferencia que radica entre la escuela tradicional y la Escuela Nueva es que en la enseñanza tradicional el docente era un facilitador de información y el estudiante era el receptor de conocimientos, el cual no tenía la potestad de participar o dar su punto de vista; en cambio, en la Escuela Nueva es todo lo contrario, el docente emplea diversas estrategias y técnicas para llegar activamente al alumno y lograr que el estudiante construya su propio conocimiento. Juan Amos Comenius fue el padre de la pedagogía y una persona ejemplar porque luchó contra las diferencias de clases sociales, con la intención de cambiar los paradigmas de la educación gracias a su obra Didáctica magna, en la que desarrolló un método didáctico, enfocado en la búsqueda del progreso; esto es lo que hoy en día los estudiantes creen y ponen en práctica con el fin de hacer un cambio, garantizado el éxito en el aprendizaje. En la actualidad, el docente hace uso de los métodos activos para lograr una clase productiva, uno de ellos es el método virtual que señala nuevas formas de aprendizaje de acuerdo al avance de la tecnología. Es por ese motivo que los maestros deben capacitarse y usar como herramienta los equipos tecnológicos y así respondan a las necesidades de sus estudiantes siendo guías y orientadores.es_PE
dc.description.abstractThe objective of this research work is to know the paradigm of pedagogy, understanding that education is present in the life of man from the beginning of his existence. The difference between the traditional school and the New School is that in traditional teaching the teacher was a facilitator of information and the student was the receiver of knowledge, who did not have the power to participate or give his point of view. ; On the other hand, in the New School it is the opposite, the teacher uses various strategies and techniques to actively reach the student and get the student to build his own knowledge. Juan Amos Comenius was the father of pedagogy and an exemplary person because he fought against social class differences, with the intention of changing the paradigms of education thanks to his work Magna Didactics, in which he developed a didactic method, focused on the pursuit of progress; this is what today's students believe and put into practice in order to make a change, guaranteed success in learning. Currently, the teacher makes use of active methods to achieve a productive class, one of them is the virtual method that indicates new forms of learning according to the advancement of technology. It is for this reason that teachers must be trained and use technological equipment as a tool and thus respond to the needs of their students by being guides and counselors.es_PE
