dc.description.abstractEl objetivo de este trabajo de investigación es dar a conocer que la educación en nuestro país necesita mejorar el enfoque educativo, el cual debe estar centrado en recuperar los conocimientos previos de los estudiantes e incorporar conocimientos nuevos, de forma que se complementen e impulsen a la toma de decisiones que brinden solución a la problemática del entorno, logrando con ello un aprendizaje significativo. Las actividades educativas requieren de la participación efectiva de profesores, estudiantes, personal directivo, padres de familia y comunidad en general, teniendo como fin alcanzar el desarrollo individual y colectivo de las personas, con una mirada de cambio y transformación de la sociedad. Es decir, desde el plano nacional, regional y local, se debe procurar el esbozo de una nueva cultura que motive a los agentes educativos a formar personas íntegras, acorde con las necesidades del país. Sabemos que la formación del ciudadano es un proceso que requiere de todas las fuerzas vivas de la sociedad, donde la institución educativa, la familia y la localidad deben aportar con su esfuerzo y apoyo a fin de alcanzar los objetivos y metas que establece el Currículo Nacional. La transformación en la educación demanda de nuevas ideas, de innovaciones y planes estratégicos desde la escuela y la familia, con el propósito de hacer de la institución educativa un lugar donde se cristalicen los planes nacionales de la educación, donde lo pedagógico, didáctico, comunicativo y administrativo se sumen a los esfuerzos de formar estudiantes conocedores de la realidad física, moral y espiritual.es_PE
dc.description.abstractThe objective of this research work is to make known that education in our country needs to improve the educational approach, which should be focused on recovering the students' previous knowledge and incorporating new knowledge, in a way that complements and promotes the decision making that provides a solution to the problem of the environment, thereby achieving significant learning. Educational activities require the effective participation of teachers, students, management personnel, parents and the community in general, with the aim of achieving the individual and collective development of people, with a view of change and transformation of society. That is to say, from the national, regional and local level, the outline of a new culture that motivates educational agents to train people of integrity should be sought, in accordance with the needs of the country. We know that the formation of the citizen is a process that requires all the living forces of society, where the educational institution, the family and the locality must contribute with their effort and support in order to achieve the objectives and goals established by the National Curriculum . The transformation in education demands new ideas, innovations and strategic plans from the school and the family, with the purpose of making the educational institution a place where the national educational plans are crystallized, where the pedagogical, didactic, communicative and administrative staff join efforts to train students who are knowledgeable about physical, moral and spiritual reality.es_PE
