Abstract
El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación es poder determinar la relación de la contratación de personal asistencial y el presupuesto en la Unidad Ejecutora N° 405 Hospital Santa Gema de Yurimaguas, Loreto – 2020, para ello, la investigación ha sido realizada basándose en un enfoque cuantitativo, con un tipo de investigación aplicada, de diseño no experimental, de corte transversal y un nivel relacional. La muestra se encontró conformada por un total de 183 trabajadores asistenciales de la unidad ejecutora. Los instrumentos empleados para la recolección de los datos fueron los cuestionarios. Como principales resultados se encontraron que todas las dimensiones de la variable contratación de personal, se relacionan significativamente con el presupuesto. De esta manera, se concluye que: existe una relación positiva y significativa a nivel de 0,613 con una probabilidad de error de 0,000 la relación de la contratación de personal asistencial y el presupuesto en la Unidad Ejecutora N° 405 Hospital Santa Gema de Yurimaguas, Loreto – 2020.
