Abstract
El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación es fundamentar una amplia referencia mediante artículos y publicaciones, por ello, la monografía propone sugerencias que busca cambiar la situación que acarreamos y evitar ser víctimas de abuso por parte de nuestros empleadores, el cual, el trabajador ha hecho silencio por temor a ser despedidos. Entonces, esta controversia realizada por nuestros antepasados para los trabajadores no deben de quedar en el olvido, debemos seguir con el esfuerzo para garantizar el respeto y cumplimiento de todos los derechos y no solo quede en publicaciones. La opresión de los trabajadores son batallas a nivel mundial con el único propósito de respetar al trabajador.
Y es justo que para actuar correctamente, debemos conocer esa contienda, ese enfrentamiento, ese dolor que se vivió en aquellos años a fin de lograr nuestros derechos que actualmente tenemos, para ello, la investigación dará a conocer cronológicamente el desarrollo de las etapas en el que se vivió esa gran lucha, tanto a nivel internacional como nacional, pues será la base para agarrar valentía y seguir luchando por nosotros y nuestras nuevas generaciones, para que no tengan que trabajar con miedo, para que tengan un Estado protector que busque erradicar cualquier tipo de violación de los derechos que tenemos reconocidos y podamos todos trabajar dignamente.
The objective of this research work is to base a wide reference through articles and publications, therefore, the monograph proposes suggestions that seek to change the situation that we carry and avoid being victims of abuse by our employers, which the worker has done Silence for fear of being fired. So, this controversy carried out by our ancestors for the workers should not be forgotten, we must continue with the effort to guarantee respect and compliance with all rights and not only remain in publications. The oppression of workers are battles worldwide with the sole purpose of respecting the worker. And it is fair that in order to act correctly, we must know that contention, that confrontation, that pain that was experienced in those years in order to achieve our rights that we currently have, for this, the investigation will reveal chronologically the development of the stages in the that this great struggle took place, both internationally and nationally, as it will be the basis to seize courage and continue fighting for us and our new generations, so that they do not have to work in fear, so that they have a protective State that seeks to eradicate any type of violation of the rights that we have recognized and we can all work with dignity.
