dc.description.abstractEl objetivo de este trabajo de investigación es conocer y comprender los proyectos políticos de San Martín y Simón Bolívar en el contexto económico, social y político de 1810 a 1826. Se trata de dos preclaros hombres que hiceron historia luchando por la indepedencia de los países latinoaméricanos que se encuentran en América del Sur. Gracias a sus hazañas y triunfos contra la corona española son conocidos como los libertadores de América. Ellos tienen los mismos pensasmientos sobre la independencia, pero tiene diferentes posiciones políticas para el gobierno. A fines del siglo XVIII la conciencia por la libertad americana aún no estaba establecida en el pensamiento de la población de hispnoamérica. Esta corriente ideológica de la libertad solo estaba en la mente de la alta sociedad, que tenían la cultura más elevada y socialmente más actualizado; como eran algunos letrados, clérigos, militares y profesionales. La difusión de las ideas la independencia de los pueblos, de los derechos del hombre, la revolución francesa, la ilustración y la independencia de Estados Unidos iban desarrollándose prgresivamene en la mentalidad de los pueblos, que eran colonias de España. El siglo XIX fue un periodo donde sucedieron movimientos relevantes que influyeron a la política de los países de esta parte del continente, como la decadencia de la monarquía española y la invasión de Napoleón a España en 1808. Estos sucesos aumentaron la crisis política entre España y sus colonias. En este lado del mundo, es decir en América, dichos sucesos permitieron el análisis y debate entre los intelectuales. Es así, que surgieron las ideas de lucha por la independencia de las naciones de Hispanoamérica. En este contexto, aparecen diversas posiciones, surgen los fidelistas a la corona, los reformistas y los separatistas. De esta manera, se va perdiendo la figura del rey. En este periodo se inicia la etapa del nacimiento de las repúblicas. Consecuentemente, es el tiempo del nacimiento de este modelo político en las nacientes naciones de América. El hecho previo fundamental son las Cortes de Cádiz, o sea, la organización que dichas Cortes lograron y realizaron por tiempos de 2 periodos por 1812 y 1814. Las ideas de la representación, control poblacional, personalidad, ciudadanía y país, dan origen a pensamientos de política de comunidades imaginarias. En dicho proceso, surge el pensamiento de la nación que es fundamental y este da origen la formación de una identidad nacional. Esto implica el tipo de gobierno que deben implantar los libertadores en los paíse independizados. Está claro los gobiernos deben tomar en cuenta la justicia social, mejores condiciones de vida, donde haya mejor equidad entre los habitantes en esta región.es_PE
dc.description.abstractThe objective of this research work is to know and understand the political projects of San Martín and Simón Bolívar in the economic, social and political context from 1810 to 1826. These are two distinguished men who made history fighting for the independence of Latin American countries. found in South America. Thanks to their exploits and triumphs against the Spanish crown, they are known as the liberators of America. They have the same thoughts about independence, but have different political positions for the government. At the end of the 18th century, the awareness of American freedom was not yet established in the thoughts of the population of Latin America. This ideological current of freedom was only in the minds of high society, who had the highest culture and most socially updated; as were some lawyers, clerics, soldiers and professionals. The dissemination of the ideas of the independence of the people, of the rights of man, the French Revolution, the Enlightenment and the independence of the United States were progressively developing in the mentality of the people, who were colonies of Spain. The 19th century was a period in which relevant movements occurred that influenced the politics of the countries in this part of the continent, such as the decline of the Spanish monarchy and Napoleon's invasion of Spain in 1808. These events increased the political crisis between Spain and their colonies. On this side of the world, that is, in America, these events allowed analysis and debate among intellectuals. Thus, the ideas of fighting for the independence of the nations of Latin America emerged. In this context, various positions appear, loyalists to the crown, reformists and separatists emerge. In this way, the figure of the king is lost. In this period the stage of the birth of the republics begins. Consequently, it is the time of the birth of this political model in the nascent nations of America. The fundamental prior fact is the Cortes of Cádiz, that is, the organization that said Cortes achieved and carried out for two periods in 1812 and 1814. The ideas of representation, population control, personality, citizenship and country give rise to thoughts about the politics of imaginary communities. In this process, the thought of the nation that is fundamental arises and this gives rise to the formation of a national identity. This implies the type of government that the liberators must implement in the independent countries. It is clear that governments must take into account social justice, better living conditions, where there is better equity among the inhabitants of this region.es_PE
