Abstract
El objetivo del presente trabajo de investigación es dar a conocer que como educadores, no solo debemos prestar atención a las dificultades de los estudiantes, sino también prestar atención al desarrollo de sus capacidades y comprender la etapa de su ciclo de vida, porque en los niños, las motivaciones serán la clave para la formación de los estudiantes en su conjunto.
La psicología evolutiva en lo que se refiere al crecimiento educativo del profesional nos dice que todos los individuos pasan por el mismo ciclo de vida, pero sus características pueden variar dependiendo de factores como la dieta.
Comprender las teorías de diferentes autores es fundamental porque nos ayuda a comprender los cambios, comportamientos y características que experimenta cada estudiante en cada etapa de su vida.
Es conveniente aplicar estos conocimientos en el ámbito laboral, ya que será muy adecuado al observar la actitud sobresaliente de un alumno que presenta algún tipo de dificultad en el aula, y así mismo establecer una relación estable y armónica con los miembros de la comunidad educativa.
Como profesional de la educación, este artículo ayuda a comprender cómo los niños se desarrollan física, cognitiva, personalmente y actitudinalmente de acuerdo con el entorno en el que crecen y se desarrollan. Porque en estos momentos estamos construyendo una sociedad en la que, como docentes, hagamos de los alumnos los primeros protagonistas de la transformación y de la acción educativa.
The objective of this research work is to make known that as educators, we must not only pay attention to the difficulties of students, but also pay attention to the development of their abilities and understand the stage of their life cycle, because in children , motivations will be the key to the training of students as a whole. Evolutionary psychology regarding the educational growth of the professional tells us that all individuals go through the same life cycle, but their characteristics may vary depending on factors such as diet. Understanding the theories of different authors is essential because it helps us understand the changes, behaviors and characteristics that each student experiences at each stage of her life. It is convenient to apply this knowledge in the workplace, since it will be very appropriate when observing the outstanding attitude of a student who presents some type of difficulty in the classroom, and also establish a stable and harmonious relationship with the members of the educational community. As an education professional, this article helps to understand how children develop physically, cognitively, personally and attitudinally according to the environment in which they grow and develop. Because right now we are building a society in which, as teachers, we make students the first protagonists of transformation and educational action.
