Abstract
El objetivo del presente trabajo de investigación es determinar la relación entre el control simultáneo y la gestión administrativa del OCI. Se desarrollo la aplicación de los cuestionarios a 101 trabajadores de la municipalidad, siendo un estudio medible, por lo tanto, fue cuantitativo, básico, sin la intervención del investigador, desarrollado en un solo momento. El principal resultado fue: El grado de relación resultó 0.775 con un p-valor por debajo de 0.005 (p=0.000). La principal conclusión fue: Las deficiencias en la evaluación sistemática y objetiva de las actividades de los procesos en marcha, no permitiría comunicar e identificar la existencia de hechos que están afectando o posiblemente afectar la continuidad, el resultado o el alcance de los objetivos de los procesos realizados por la Municipalidad, obstaculizando la realización de los procedimientos dentro de la administración (dirección, organización, control y planificación).
