Abstract
El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación en lo sustancial en el arte urbano, también conocido como arte callejero, no solo es su
calidad plástica, sino su discurso, lo que quiere decir en términos políticos, sociales e,
incluso, personales artistas y diseñador gráfico.
El arte urbano se refiere a todo arte callejero, no hay un canon establecido. Utiliza
diferentes técnicas; Stricker, Stencils, Graffiti, murales, intervenciones, esculturas, todo lo
que ayude a transmitir un mensaje a los transeúntes.
El arte callejero o urbano es un arte que espera a ser descubierto por los transeúntes
y establece una relación diferente entre el público y el artista. Una de sus características es
su carácter efímero. El arte urbano no involucra el desarrollo urbanístico o el esbozo de
imágenes urbanas, el arte conceptual, concreto y situacional.
El vocablo se origina del arte callejero británico y se ha utilizado ampliamente a
partir la década de 1980 para describir todo el arte callejero.
