Abstract
El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación es comprender información relevante acerca de la psicología de la motivación. De acuerdo a las diversas definiciones, se sintetiza que la motivación son actos que influyen en el ánimo del sujeto, con la finalidad que este proceda de un determinado modo. Entonces, para que exista el proceso de la motivación se debe establecer ciertas condiciones para despertar el interés del sujeto. Por ello, en el ámbito educativo se debe priorizar las condiciones de la motivación para mantener activo e interesado al estudiante en la construcción de sus aprendizajes.
El docente tiene un rol muy importante, porque es el encargado de conseguir el logro de las competencias y capacidades de sus estudiantes, según el área que tenga a cargo. Para cumplir con estos objetivos propuestos, el docente tiene el deber de mantener la motivación en sus estudiantes, realizando clases motivadoras para poder aprender.
En el trabajo se desarrolló los sustentos y planteamientos teóricos, la relación entre motivación enseñanza y aprendizaje, los factores motivacionales del aprendizaje, y la estrategia de la motivación.
The objective of this research work is to understand relevant information about the psychology of motivation. According to the various definitions, it is synthesized that motivation are acts that influence the subject's mood, with the purpose that he proceeds in a certain way. So, for the motivation process to exist, certain conditions must be established to arouse the interest of the subject. Therefore, in the educational field, the conditions of motivation must be prioritized to keep the student active and interested in the construction of their learning. The teacher has a very important role, because he is in charge of achieving the achievement of the skills and abilities of his students, according to the area he is in charge of. To meet these proposed objectives, the teacher has the duty to maintain motivation in their students, conducting motivating classes to learn. In the work the support and theoretical approaches were developed, the relationship between teaching and learning motivation, the motivational factors of learning, and the motivation strategy.
