Abstract
El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación fue conocer la relación que existe entre la gestión escolar y la calidad de servicio educativo en la Institución Educativa José Faustino Sánchez Carrión de Lurín - Ugel 01 - Lima. Para tal fin, la metodología que se empleó fue de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básico, con diseño correlacional - descriptivo y no experimental. La población la conformaron 92 docentes de la escuela objeto de estudio y la muestra fue no probabilístico, conformado por 67 de estos docentes. Para la recolección de datos se empleó la técnica de la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario. Mediante la prueba R de Pearson se hallaron los resultados siendo = ,780, lo que denota una relación positiva alta. Por lo que se concluye que sí existe una correlación positiva alta entre las variables, lo que evidencia que mientras mejor sea la gestión escolar, la calidad del servicio educativo será más eficiente.
