Abstract
El objetivo del presente trabajo de investigación es mostrar la importancia de la agricultura como eje principal en la economía del país, pero también se da a conocer el valor del cultivo del mito o quemish. Al respecto Lozano (2021) sostiene que “La agricultura es la profesión propia del sabio, las adecuada para el sencillo y la ocupación más digna para todo el hombre” (p.8). Se puede decir que el agricultor profesional asume el desafío de renovar la agricultura con mucho compromiso, pues su misión es impulsar el desarrollo de la economía y la producción agroalimentaria
La educación si bien es cierto es el motor del desarrollo personal, profesional y nacional; por ello, la educación agropecuaria es fuente de proyecto de vida sostenible. Es aquella que indudablemente es la base para el desarrollo humano capaz de afrontar los retos del agro, así como producir alimentos a base de fauna y flora que contribuyan al bienestar de la salud del individuo.
Por otro lado, la ciencia y tecnología nos vienen brindando herramientas e instrumentos de todo tipo para aprovechar los recursos naturales con responsabilidad y racionalmente. Pues bien, en ese contexto el cultivo del mito o quemish es el tema que abordamos con el objetivo de lograr unos de los anhelos más grandes que tiene el autor, para seguir desarrollando la cultura de producción y seguridad alimentaria de los ciudadanos con una educación formal, no formal e informal.
The objective of this research work is to show the importance of agriculture as the main axis in the country's economy, but the value of the cultivation of myth or quemish is also made known. In this regard, Lozano (2021) maintains that “Agriculture is the profession of the wise man, the one suitable for the simple and the most dignified occupation for all men” (p.8). It can be said that the professional farmer takes on the challenge of renewing agriculture with great commitment, since his mission is to promote the development of the economy and agri-food production. Education, although it is true, is the engine of personal, professional and national development; Therefore, agricultural education is a source of sustainable life projects. It is one that is undoubtedly the basis for human development capable of facing the challenges of agriculture, as well as producing food based on fauna and flora that contributes to the well-being of the individual's health. On the other hand, science and technology have been providing us with tools and instruments of all kinds to take advantage of natural resources responsibly and rationally. Well, in this context the cultivation of the myth or quemish is the topic that we address with the aim of achieving one of the greatest desires that the author has, to continue developing the culture of production and food security of citizens with a formal education. , non-formal and informal.
