Abstract
El objetivo central del presente trabajo de investigación fue determinar la relación
que existe entre las habilidades comunicativas y la gestión pedagógica en los docentes de
la IE PNP Félix Tello Rojas- La Molina- 2017. Por la naturaleza del estudio tuvo un
enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo sustantiva o de base, con diseño descriptivo – correlacional y
método hipotético deductivo. La muestra conformada con 46 docentes, se obtuvo a través
del muestreo de tipo no probabilístico, intencionado y censal. Se aplicó la técnica de la
encuesta y como instrumentos se utilizó el cuestionario sobre habilidades comunicativas y
el cuestionario sobre gestión pedagógica. Los datos fueron procesados a través del
programa SPSS ultima versión. Las conclusiones a las cuales se arribó, son las siguientes:
Existe relación significativa entre habilidades comunicativas, a nivel total y por las
dimensiones: habilidades verbales de recepción, habilidades verbales de emisión y
habilidades no verbales, y la gestión pedagógica en los docentes de la IE PNP Félix Tello
Rojas- La Molina- 2017.
The main objective of this research work was to determine the relationship between communication skills and pedagogical management in the teachers of the PNP Félix Tello Rojas-La Molina IE- 2017. Due to the nature of the study, it had a quantitative approach, of type substantive or base, with descriptive - correlational design and hypothetical deductive method. The sample consisting of 46 teachers was obtained through non- probabilistic, intentional and census sampling. The survey technique was applied and the questionnaire on communication skills and the pedagogical management questionnaire were used as instruments. The data was processed through the SPSS program, latest version. The conclusions reached are the following: There is a significant relationship between communication skills, at a total level and by the dimensions: verbal skills of reception, verbal skills of transmission and non-verbal skills, and pedagogical management in teachers of the IE NPP Félix Tello Rojas- La Molina- 2017.
