Abstract
El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación es determinar la relación que hay entre la inteligencia emocional de los directivos con la gestión educativa de la I. E. Por la naturaleza su enfoque fue cuantitativo, de tipo correlacional, diseño no experimental y un método analítico – sintético, teniendo una población conformada por los docentes de la Institución educativa No 0027 San Antonio de Jicamarca de la Ugel 06 y su muestra representa el 80 o 90% de la población. Empleando como técnica la encuesta y los instrumentos un cuestionario para cada variable. En sus resultados se halló que los valores son altos, siendo superiores al sig. establecido de 0,05 infiriendo la normalidad de los datos. Por tanto, se procede a aceptar la hipótesis nula, comprobando que los datos provienen de una distribución normal, también llamada paramétrica. Llegando a la conclusión que establecidos ya los valores y el tipo de distribución a la que pertenece, se establece que el estadígrafo a utilizarse será la R de Pearson en cada una de las hipótesis planteadas.
