Abstract
El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación fue para conocer que después de la Restauración, el período de pensamiento y acción sin restricciones llegó a su fin. Los Levelers, Diggers, Ranters y Fifth Monarchy Men partieron y la propiedad salió victoriosa. Los obispos fueron reincorporados a la iglesia estatal, los diezmos persistieron y las mujeres regresaron a su puesto anterior. Sin embargo, es crucial reconocer los logros de los radicales del siglo XVII, quienes, a pesar de estar limitados por los límites tecnológicos de su época, fueron capaces de demostrar que era concebible un mundo en el que el beneficio no fuera el objetivo principal. También es prudente reconocer el poder de una nación.
Numerosas naciones desempeñaron un papel importante al intentar desafiar el régimen político o las ideologías dominantes en sus respectivas sociedades. Mientras que algunos países tuvieron éxito en su lucha a través de medios revolucionarios, otros fueron incapaces de resistir la corrupción, del mismo poder, que buscaban derrocar. En la siguiente discusión, examinaremos uno de los levantamientos sociales más fundamentales de la historia contemporánea, la Revolución británica, que a menudo se pasa por alto, y que sentó las bases para las revoluciones históricas posteriores. Nuestro enfoque se centrará en dos temas cruciales que surgieron de esta revolución: la aspiración a liberarse del poder totalitario de la monarquía y cómo incluso los movimientos más radicales pueden ser corrompidos por el poder.
The objective of this research work was to know that after the Restoration, the period of unrestricted thought and action came to an end. The Levelers, Diggers, Ranters and Fifth Monarchy Men set out and the estate emerged victorious. Bishops were reinstated into the state church, tithes persisted, and women returned to their former position. However, it is crucial to recognize the achievements of the radicals of the 17th century, who, despite being limited by the technological limits of their time, were able to demonstrate that a world in which profit was not the primary objective was conceivable. It is also wise to recognize the power of a nation. Many nations played an important role in attempting to challenge the political regime or dominant ideologies in their respective societies. While some countries were successful in their fight through revolutionary means, others were unable to resist the corruption of the very power they sought to overthrow. In the following discussion, we will examine one of the most fundamental social upheavals in contemporary history, the often overlooked British Revolution, which laid the foundation for subsequent historical revolutions. Our focus will be on two crucial themes that emerged from this revolution: the aspiration to free oneself from the totalitarian power of the monarchy and how even the most radical movements can be corrupted by power.
