Abstract
El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación fue titulada Relación entre el liderazgo del jefe con el desempeño de los trabajadores en el Centro de Salud “La Carretera Km. 11/2”, tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación entre el liderazgo del jefe y desempeño de los trabajadores; la muestra estuvo conformada por 31 trabajadores, el enfoque fue cuantitativo, tipo relacional y diseño no experimental, el instrumento de recolección de datos fueron cuestionarios. Los resultados demostraron que el nivel de liderazgo del jefe fue bajo en un 52%, debido a que el jefe casi nunca muestra compromiso en sus funciones. Asimismo, el desempeño de los trabajadores fue deficiente en un 58%. Concluye que el liderazgo del jefe se relación positiva y significativamente con el desempeño laboral, asimismo este resultado fue debido a que el sig. Bilateral fue menor al margen de error 0,05; de igual manera el grado de correlación obtenido fue positiva media de 0,785; permitiendo aceptar la hipótesis de investigación. De esta manera se hizo hincapié que mayor liderazgo del jefe mayor será el desempeño de los trabajadores del Centro de Salud “La Carretera Km. 11/2”
The objective of this research work was titled Relationship between the boss's leadership and the performance of the workers in the Health Center "La Carretera Km. 11/2", its general objective was to determine the relationship between the boss's leadership and performance. from the workers; The sample was made up of 31 workers, the approach was quantitative, relational type and non-experimental design, the data collection instrument was questionnaires. The results showed that the boss's leadership level was low by 52%, because the boss almost never shows commitment to his duties. Likewise, the performance of workers was poor by 58%. It concludes that the boss's leadership is positively and significantly related to job performance; this result was also due to the fact that the sig. Bilateral was less than the margin of error 0.05; Likewise, the degree of correlation obtained was positive, average of 0.785; allowing the research hypothesis to be accepted. In this way, it was emphasized that the greater the leadership of the chief executive will be the performance of the workers at the “La Carretera Km. 11/2” Health Center.
