Abstract
The objective of this research work is to determine if virtual teaching influences the learning of students in the Otorhinolaryngology course, Faculty of Medicine, Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal. Study with a quantitative approach, descriptive type, non-experimental, cross-sectional, causal correlational design; with a sample made up of 90 students who took the Otorhinolaryngology course, Faculty of Medicine, Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal; The information was collected using the survey technique, the instrument being a 32-item questionnaire for the virtual teaching and learning variables. The results found when applying descriptive statistics were: 27% of students presented a low level of learning, 41% presented a medium level and 32% presented a high level, showing that 73% of students are at medium-high levels of learning; On the other hand, when applying inferential statistics using Rho Spearman correlation coefficient, to correlate virtual teaching and learning, the value of 0.773 was found, corresponding to a high positive relationship, significant 0.01, significance value 0.000 <0.05. Concluding that there is influence of virtual teaching on student learning.
