Abstract
El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación es dar a conocer que comprende un enfoque cuantitativo de tipo descriptivo correlacional transversal, no experimental, donde contó con la participación de 50 trabajadores administrativos, entre personal policial y personal civil que labora en el indicado Instituto de Rehabilitación, para medir las variables de liderazgo organizacional y desempeño laboral se utilizó como técnica de recolección de datos un cuestionario compuesto por18 preguntas de escala de Liert, lo cual permitió medir analizar las dimensiones de las dos variables de estudio mejora que se debe aportar; asimismo validar las hipótesis planteadas.
The objective of this research work is to make known that it comprises a quantitative approach of a transversal, non-experimental correlational descriptive type, where it had the participation of 50 administrative workers, including police personnel and civilian personnel who work in the indicated Rehabilitation Institute, To measure the variables of organizational leadership and work performance, a questionnaire composed of 18 Liert scale questions was used as a data collection technique, which made it possible to measure and analyze the dimensions of the two study variables, the improvement that must be provided; also validate the proposed hypotheses.
