Abstract
La investigación tuvo como propósito, determinar la relación que existe entre la
gestión educativa y el aprendizaje relacional en las instituciones educativas públicas de Puerto
Maldonado, región de Madre de Dios, 2016. Se eligió el diseño descriptivo - correlacional. El
método hipotético-deductivo, sugirió la utilización de la técnica de encuesta, generando un
instrumento el cuestionario y una escala de valoración como instrumentos relacionados y
derivados de las mismas. El cuestionario midió la variable uno: La gestión educativa, sus
dimensiones de estudio fueron: Gestión institucional, administrativa y pedagógica
correspondiente estuvo constituido de 10 ítems. La escala de valoración, midió la variable
dos: Aprendizaje relacional; sus dimensiones en estudio fueron: Aprendizaje en el enfoque
pedagógico conductual, sociocognitivo y neurocientífica respectivamente, estuvo constituida
por 10 ítems. Se trabajó con una muestra de 08 instituciones educativas, conformadas por 77
docentes. Para la validación de los instrumentos se utilizó el coeficiente alfa de Cronbach,
arrojando el valor de alfa de 0,911, para el cuestionario gestión educativa y el valor alfa de
0,918 para la escala de valoración “aprendizaje relacional” aplicado a los docentes de las
instituciones educativas de nivel secundario de Puerto Maldonado. Luego de procesarse los
datos con el sistema estadístico Spss, se determinó que existe una correlación estadísticamente
significativa de 0,784; correlación positiva considerable entre las variables: Gestión educativa
y aprendizaje relacional.
The purpose of the research was to determine the relationship that exists between educational management and relational learning in the public educational institutions of Puerto Maldonado, Madre de Dios region, 2016. The descriptive - correlational design was chosen. The hypothetico-deductive method suggested the use of the survey technique, generating an instrument the questionnaire and a rating scale as related instruments and derivatives thereof. The questionnaire measured variable one: Educational management, its dimensions of study were: Institutional, administrative and pedagogical management was composed of 10 items. The rating scale measured variable two: relational learning; Its dimensions under study were: Learning in the behavioral, sociocognitive and neuroscientific pedagogical approach, was composed of 10 items. We worked with a sample of 08 educational institutions, made up of 90 teachers. For the validation of the instruments the Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used, yielding the alpha value of 0,911, for the "educational management" questionnaire and the alpha value of 0,918 for the "relational learning" assessment scale applied to the teachers of the educational institutions of secondary level of Puerto Maldonado. After processing the data with the statistical system SPSS, it was determined that there is a statistically significant correlation of 0,784; considerable positive correlation between the variables: Educational management and relational learning.
