Abstract
EL objetivo de este trabajo de investigación fue bajo la premisa de que tanto el síndrome de alienación parental como el aprendizaje en el
área de Historia, Geografía y Economía son relevantes para el proceso aprendizaje de la
Historia, debido a que el estudiante desarrolla un manejo de información y juicio crítico, la
presente investigación tiene como objetivo central establecer si estas variables se
encuentran relacionadas entre sí. La muestra del presente estudio se aplicó a los
estudiantes del 4 grado de la I.E Akira Kato. Se utilizó el diseño descriptivo correlacional.
Se aplicaron dos instrumentos de evaluación: un cuestionario para el síndrome de
alienación parental y otro para el aprendizaje del área de Historia, Geografía y Economía a
72 estudiantes. Estos fueron sometidos a los análisis respectivos que determinaron la
validez y confiabilidad de las pruebas. Los resultados indican que existen correlaciones
significativas entre el síndrome de alienación parental y el aprendizaje de las áreas
mencionadas en los estudiantes encuestados. Así mismo, se pueden observar la existencia
de correlaciones entre cada una de las dimensiones de la gestión del talento humano y el
desempeño laboral.

The results indicate that there are correlations differences between the parental alienation syndrome and the learning of the areas mentioned in the surveyed students. Likewise, it is possible to observe the existence of correlations between each of the dimensions of human talent management and the job performance.
