Abstract
La investigación titulada clima laboral y relaciones interpersonales de los docentes
y personal administrativo de la Institución Educativa emblemática Antenor Orrego, 2017,
esta investigación dio lugar a la pregunta cuyo objetivo fue determinar la relación que
existe entre clima laboral y las relaciones interpersonales de los docentes y personal
administrativo de la I.E. Emblemática Antenor Orrego 2017, como un aporte al análisis,
descripción, explicación y relación de las dos variables. Si en las instituciones educativas
existe un clima favorable y buenas relaciones interpersonales entre los trabajadores,
mejores serán las posibilidades de que esta brinde un servicio de calidad a la población. Se
observó que en las instituciones tanto el clima y las relaciones interpersonales son muy
satisfactorias. La metodología de la investigación obedece al enfoque cuantitativo, es un
estudio de tipo básico, de diseño no experimental transversal correlacional, donde se han
utilizado dos cuestionarios tipo Likert validados a juicio de experto y sometidos a prueba
del coeficiente de Alfa de Cronbach como instrumento de recolección de datos a
percepción de los docentes encuestados. Asimismo, luego de haber desarrollado la
investigación, aplicado los instrumentos y realizar el procesamiento estadístico, se llegó a
las siguiente conclusión: El clima laboral (r=0, 335) significativamente (p < .002) con las
relaciones interpersonales de los docentes y personal administrativo de la Institución
Educativa emblemática Antenor Orrego, 2017; se probó la hipótesis planteada y se
concluye que el clima laboral se relaciona directa y significativamente con las relaciones
interpersonales de los docentes y personal administrativo de la Institución Educativa
emblemática Antenor Orrego, 2017.
The research entitled, Labor climate and interpersonal relationships of teachers and administrative staff of the emblematic Educational Institution Antenor Orrego, 2017, If in educational institutions there is a favorable climate and good interpersonal relationships between workers, the better the chances that it will provide A quality service to the population. It was observed that in institutions both the climate and interpersonal relationships are very satisfactory. This context gave rise to the question whose objective was to determine the relationship between work environment and the interpersonal relationships of teachers and administrative staff of the I.E. Emblematic Antenor Orrego 2017, as a contribution to the analysis, description, explanation and relationship of the two variables. The research methodology is based on the quantitative approach, it is a basic type study, of a non-experimental correlational cross-sectional design, where two Likert- type questionnaires validated in the expert opinion and tested by the Cronbach's alpha coefficient have been used as an instrument of data collection to the perception of the teachers surveyed. Likewise, after having developed the research, applied the instruments and performed the statistical processing, the following conclusion was reached: The work environment (r = 0, 335) significantly (p <.002) with the interpersonal relationships of teachers and administrative staff of the emblematic Educational Institution Antenor Orrego, 2017; The hypothesis was tested and it is concluded that the work environment is directly and significantly related to the interpersonal relationships of teachers and administrative staff of the emblematic Educational Institution Antenor Orrego, 2017.
