Abstract
La investigación presentó como objetivo Determinar la incidencia de Sistema de
gestión de la calidad en la satisfacción laboral del personal de la Municipalidad de
Carabayllo, Lima 2019, realizado con el propósito de encontrar el impacto real desde la
percepción de los trabajadores sobre los aspectos implementados en la gestión durante
estos últimos 10 años. Estudio realizado tomando los fundamentos del enfoque positivista
cuantitativo, en el tipo de estudio básico, de diseño no experimental de corte transversal
con el método hipotético deductivo, analizando las percepciones de una muestra
intencional de trabajadores de la Municipalidad, a quienes se les aplico dos instrumentos
validados a criterio de jueces y dictaminados su alta confiabilidad por Alpha de Cronbach.
Mediante la prueba de regresión ordinal en la prueba de estimación de los parámetros el
valor Chi-cuadrado de Wald es de 9,961 y con un grado de libertad y una significancia
igual a 0,000 es menor a 0,05 por tanto se rechaza a la hipótesis nula determinando que
gestión de calidad incide significativamente en la Satisfacción laboral del personal de la
municipalidad de Carabayllo, Lima 2019.
The objective of the research was to determine the incidence of the Quality Management System on the job satisfaction of the personnel of the Municipality of Carabayllo, Lima 2019, with the purpose of finding the real impact from the perception of the workers on the implemented aspects. in management during these past 10 years. Study carried out taking the foundations of the quantitative positivist approach, in the type of basic study, of non-experimental design of cross-section with the deductive hypothetical method, analyzing the perceptions of an intentional sample of workers of the Municipality, to whom two instruments were applied. Validated at the discretion of judges and ruled its high reliability by Alpha de Cronbach. By means of the ordinal regression test in the parameter estimation test, the Wald's Chi-square value is 9.961 and with a degree of freedom and a significance equal to 0.000 is less than 0.05, so the null hypothesis is rejected determining that quality management has a significant impact on the job satisfaction of the personnel of the municipality of Carabayllo, Lima 2019.
