Abstract
Esta investigación descriptiva y correlacional tuvo como propósito determinar la relación
entre el liderazgo pedagógico del director y el desempeño docente en la Institución
Educativa N° 14865 Centro Poblado Santa Cruz, UGEL Sullana, Año 2020. Se utilizó
como instrumentos fichas de opinión respecto al liderazgo pedagógico del director y el
desempeño docente en la Institución Educativa N° 14865, tanto de los directivos y
personal docentes de la Institución Educativa. Se consideró la muestra total de los
docentes y director de la institución educativa. Los instrumentos fueron validados con
opinión de expertos y la fiabilidad se obtuvo con el coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach. Los
resultados concluyeron que existe una alta correlación entre las variables: liderazgo
pedagógico del director y desempeño de los docentes ya que el coeficiente de Spearman
igual a 0,767. En consecuencia, se concluye que existe una relación significativa entre la
gestión pedagógica del director de la institución educativa con el nivel de desempeño de
los docentes de la Institución Educativa N° 14865 del Centro Poblado Santa Cruz, UGEL
Sullana, asimismo, esta relación de la gestión pedagógica del director se extiende con la
gestión de planificación y mediación del docente y las habilidades blandas de desempeño.
The purpose of this descriptive and correlational research was to determine the relationship between the pedagogical leadership of the principal and the teaching performance in the Educational Institution N ° 14865 Centro Poblado Santa Cruz, UGEL Sullana, Year 2020. Opinion sheets regarding pedagogical leadership were used as instruments. of the director and the teaching performance in the Educational Institution N ° 14865, both of the directors and teaching staff of the Educational Institution. The total sample of teachers and director of the educational institution was considered. The instruments were validated with expert opinion and the reliability was obtained with the Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The results concluded that there is a high correlation between the variables: pedagogical leadership of the principal and performance of the teachers, since the Spearman coefficient is 0.767. Consequently, it is concluded that there is a significant relationship between the pedagogical management of the director of the educational institution with the level of performance of the teachers of the Educational Institution No. 14865 of the Centro Poblado Santa Cruz, UGEL Sullana, likewise, this relationship of the director's pedagogical management extends with the teacher's planning and mediation management and soft performance skills.
