Abstract
El objetivo de este trabajo investigativo fue determinar la relación existente entre los
estilos de enseñanza y el desempeño docente en la Escuela Militar de Chorrillos Coronel
Francisco Bolognesi, 2019. El estudio de tipo aplicada se ciñó al diseño no experimental
(de corte transversal), se ajustó al enfoque cuantitativo y se optó por el nivel correlacional
– descriptivo. La muestra de índole censal estuvo integrada por 64 docentes, estos
partícipes plasmaron sus respuestas a un cuestionario de 24 afirmaciones relacionadas a las
variables “estilos de enseñanza” y “desempeño docente”. Con la asistencia del software
estadístico SPSS de versión Nº25 se cuantificaron los datos y se ubicaron los siguientes
resultados: un coeficiente de correlación de 0.714 y un nivel de significancia de 0.000.
Para finalizar este trabajo investigativo se concluyó que “los estilos de enseñanza se
relacionan moderada y positivamente con el desempeño docente en la Escuela Militar de
Chorrillos Coronel Francisco Bolognesi, 2019”.
The objective of this research work was to determine the relationship between teaching styles and teaching performance at the Military School of Chorrillos Coronel Francisco Bolognesi, 2019. The applied study followed a non-experimental design (cross- sectional), adjusted to the quantitative approach and opted for the correlational-descriptive level. The census sample consisted of 64 teachers, who answered a questionnaire of 24 statements related to the variables "teaching styles" and "teaching performance". With the assistance of SPSS statistical software version 25, the data were quantified and the following results were obtained: a correlation coefficient of 0.714 and a significance level of 0.000. To conclude this research work, it was concluded that "teaching styles are moderately and positively related to teaching performance in the Military School of Chorrillos Coronel Francisco Bolognesi, 2019".
