Abstract
La investigación en base al planteamiento de objetivos que permiten dar los
lineamientos fundamentales en base a la teoría relacionada con el tema, así como a la
metodología de investigación que permite ubicarla de acuerdo a sus parámetros de la
investigación metodológica. El objetivo general en la investigación es establecer la
relación entre la motivación y la satisfacción con la profesión elegida en los estudiantes de
la Carrera Profesional de Enfermería del Instituto de Educación Superior Tecnológico
Público Amazonas del distrito de Yurimaguas, provincia de Alto Amazonas, Región
Loreto, 2019, para una muestra de 80 estudiantes elegidos mediante una muestra no
probabilística, dada la facilidad de acceso y disponibilidad de información con la que se
cuenta. Se desarrolla en base al tipo básica o pura, debido a que se fundamenta en teoría
relacionada con el tema, mencionando a la teoría de la motivación psicológica relacionado
con las necesidades del ser humano, así como la teoría del condicionamiento, trabajado en
base al refuerzo dentro de la conducta. Por otro lado para la segunda variable, que es la
satisfacción se sustenta respecto a la teoría de la satisfacción académica mencionada por
Vergara y Del Valle (2018). Así mismo, el nivel de investigacion es relacional, De acuerdo
a los resultados obtenidos se determina que esxiste una relación directa y moderada entre
la motivación y la satisfacción en los estudiantes de la Carrera Profesional de Enfermería
del Instituto de Educación Superior Tecnológico Público Amazonas del distrito de
Yurimaguas, pues se obtuvo un valor de significancia menor al 0.05, con un coeficiente de
correlación de 0.718, confirmando lo mencionado.
Research based on the approach of objectives that allow to give the fundamental guidelines based on the theory related to the subject, as well as the research methodology that allows locating it according to its parameters of methodological research. The general objective of the research is to establish the relationship between motivation and satisfaction with the chosen profession in the students of the Professional Nursing Career of the Amazonas Public Technological Higher Education Institute of the Yurimaguas district, Alto Amazonas province, Loreto Region, 2019, for a sample of 80 students chosen through a non-probabilistic sample, given the ease of access and availability of information available. It is developed based on the basic or pure type, because it is based on theory related to the subject, mentioning the theory of psychological motivation related to the needs of the human being, as well as the theory of conditioning, worked on the basis of reinforcement within behavior. On the other hand, for the second variable, which is satisfaction, it is based on the theory of academic satisfaction mentioned by Vergara and Del Valle (2018). Likewise, the level of research is relational. According to the results obtained, it is determined that there is a direct and moderate relationship between motivation and satisfaction in the students of the Professional Nursing Career of the Amazonas Public Technological Higher Education Institute of the district. of Yurimaguas, since a significance value of less than 0.05 was obtained, with a correlation coefficient of 0.718, confirming the aforementioned.
