Abstract
El objetivo central del presente estudio de investigación fue determinar la relación
que existe entre la gestión del talento humano y el desempeño laboral docente en la
Institución Educativa N° 31 Nuestra Señora del Carmen del Distrito de Yanacancha,
Provincia de Pasco, Región de Pasco. El enfoque utilizado fue el cuantitativo, con tipo de
investigación sustantivo o de base, diseño descriptivo correlacional y método hipotético
deductivo. La muestra del estudio se conformó con 36 docentes. La técnica utilizada fue la
encuesta, los instrumentos que permitieron recabar la información respectiva fueron:
Cuestionario sobre gestión del talento humano y el cuestionario sobre desempeño laboral.
Las conclusiones a las cuales se arribó, son las siguientes: Existe relación significativa entre
la gestión del talento humano y el desempeño laboral, a nivel total y por las dimensiones:
planificación curricular, procesos pedagógicos y procesos didácticos, en la Institución
Educativa N° 31 Nuestra Señora del Carmen del Distrito de Yanacancha, Provincia de
Pasco, Región de Pasco.
The main objective of this research study was to determine the relationship that exists between the management of human talent and teaching work performance in the Educational Institution No. 31 Nuestra Señora del Carmen of the District of Yanacancha, Province of Pasco, Region of Pasco. The approach used was quantitative, with a substantive or basic type of research, correlational descriptive design and hypothetical deductive method. The study sample was made up of 36 teachers. The technique used was the survey, the instruments that made it possible to collect the respective information were: Questionnaire on human talent management and the questionnaire on job performance. The conclusions reached are the following: There is a significant relationship between the management of human talent and job performance, at a total level and by dimensions: curricular planning, pedagogical processes and didactic processes, in Educational Institution No. 31 Our Lady of Carmen from the Yanacancha District, Pasco Province, Pasco Region.
