Abstract
El principal objetivo de esta investigación es determinar la relación entre la gestión
educativa y la práctica docente en la Institución Educativa Domingo Faustino Sarmiento
de Ate. La investigación fue de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básico, de nivel correlacional,
con un diseño no experimental, de corte transversal. La población estuvo conformada por
64, cuya muestra fue probabilística constituida por 52 docentes del primer grado al sexto
grado de educación primaria, para el estudio de las variables, se empleó como técnica de
recolección de datos la encuesta, que utilizó el cuestionario, como instrumento, los mismos
que fueron validados, con óptimos niveles de confiabilidad. Los resultados demuestran que
existe una relación significativa (p = 0,000) en el nivel de correlación positiva considerable
(r = 0,771) entre la gestión educativa y la práctica docente. Finalmente, las conclusiones
indican que existe relación significativa entre la gestión educativa y la práctica docente en
la Institución Educativa Domingo Faustino Sarmiento de Ate, con un nivel de significancia
de 0,05 y Rho de Spearman = 0,771 y p-valor = 0,000 < 0,05.
The main objective of this research is to determine the relationship between educational management and teaching practice at the Domingo Faustino Sarmiento de Ate Educational Institution. The research was quantitative, basic, correlational, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional approach. The population was made up of 64, whose sample was probabilistic constituted by 52 teachers from the first grade to the sixth grade of primary education, for the study of the variables, the survey was used as a data collection technique, which used the questionnaire, as an instrument , the same ones that were validated, with optimum levels of reliability. The results show that there is a significant relationship (p = 0.000) in the level of considerable positive correlation (r = 0.771) between educational management and teaching practice.
