Abstract
Haber enfocado el trabajo de investigación del plan Anual de Contrataciones y el
registro patrimonial de la Municipalidad distrital de Ancahuasi, precisar los lineamientos
de carácter técnico y operativo que permitan llevar a cabo el proceso de formulación,
aprobación ,ejecución y evaluación del Plan anual de contrataciones de la Municipalidad
Distrital de Ancahuasi así como optimizar la utilización de recursos públicos ,haciendo así factible la eficiencia y eficacia en el logro de los objetivos y metas que la municipalidad se ha propuesto. Uniformizar criterios para la planificación de las contrataciones de bienes, servicios y obras en el Plan Anual de Contrataciones bajo el enfoque de gestión por resultados que permita el cumplimiento de los fines públicos permitiendo optimizar la formulación y aprobación y control de los procesos de contrataciones por la Sub Gerencia de Abastecimiento y control patrimonial de la Municipalidad Distrital de Ancahuasi.
To have focused the research work of the Annual Contracting Plan and the patrimonial registry of the Ancahuasi District Municipality, to specify the technical and operational guidelines that allow carrying out the process of formulation, approval, execution and evaluation of the Annual Contracting Plan of the Ancahuasi District Municipality as well as optimizing the use of public resources, thus making the efficiency and effectiveness feasible in achieving the objectives and goals that the municipality has set.Standardize criteria for the planning of procurement of goods, services and works in the Annual Contracts Plan under the results-based management approach that allows the fulfillment of public purposes allowing optimizing the formulation and approval and control of the procurement processes by the Sub Supply Management and asset control of the District Municipality of Ancahuasi.
