Abstract
El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación es hallar el efecto de la gestión logística de
los hoteles de tres estrellas del distrito de San Isidro, 2019. Respecto a la metodología
desarrollada. La investigación empezó desde un enfoque cuantitativo de tipo básica el
cual tiene un diseño no experimental, de alcance descriptiva comparativa; asimismo, para
poder recolectar la información se aplicó un cuestionario con 20 ítems. Este instrumento
se aplicó a una población constituida a 102 clientes de dos hoteles de tres estrellas de la
zona de San Isidro. En los resultados se observan de acuerdo a la tabla 6 y figura 2 en
relación a la gestión logística en el hotel 1, el 49% de los clientes encuestados mencionan
que el servicio ofertado es de un nivel medio, el 33,3% mencionan que han desarrollado
una experiencia de nivel alto y el 17,6% de nivel bajo. En el caso del hotel 2, el 47,1% de
los clientes han desarrollado una percepción del servicio considerándolo en un nivel
regular, esto quiere decir, que en el caso del proceso logístico en el hotel no se está
entregando el producto, ambiente de servicio o atención en el momento preciso. Como
conclusión la gestión logística incluye la planificación, implementación y gestión de los
productos y servicios que brindamos a nuestros clientes en cantidad, calidad y en el
momento oportuno. Por la cual existe efecto en la gestión logística de los hoteles de tres
estrellas del distrito de San Isidro, 2019, considerando un p_valor es de 0,023 < 0,05.
The objective of this research work is to find the effect of logistics management of three-star hotels in the San Isidro district, 2019. Regarding the methodology developed. The research began from a basic quantitative approach which has a non-experimental design, with a comparative descriptive scope; Likewise, in order to collect the information, a questionnaire with 20 items was applied. This instrument was applied to a population made up of 102 clients of two three-star hotels in the San Isidro area. The results are observed according to table 6 and figure 2 in relation to logistics management in hotel 1, 49% of the clients surveyed mention that the service offered is of a medium level, 33.3% mention that they have developed a high level experience and 17.6% low level. In the case of hotel 2, 47.1% of the clients have developed a perception of the service considering it at a regular level, this means that in the case of the logistics process in the hotel the product is not being delivered, environment of service or attention at the right time. In conclusion, logistics management includes the planning, implementation and management of the products and services that we provide to our customers in quantity, quality and at the right time.
