Abstract
El objetivo de este trabajo de investigaciòn es dar a conocer que los análisis teóricos y las investigaciones sobre la resiliencia en el campo de la
educación resultaron innovadores, ya que miraron al docente y sus capacidades para
desarrollar aspectos positivos en entornos adversos.
En el caso de la resiliencia asociada a la educación, existe una preocupación no
solo por el alumno resiliente, sino también por el docente que puede, él mismo, desarrollar
la resiliencia a su favor y en favor del otro. En este contexto, las lecturas individualistas y
psicológicas revelan límites en el sentido de que incluyen poco o incluso desestiman las
influencias del entorno, la estructura social y el campo interaccional en la construcción de
procesos resilientes.
Luego del análisis realizado, que implicó una revisión crítica de la literatura se
postula que los significados producidos por los autores sufren sucesivas interpretaciones y
se encarnan en la realidad concreta en la que se producen. Creemos que análisis teóricos en
sintonía con este campo, pero que avancen hacia el análisis de los campos simbólicos, el
capital generado en este universo y el diálogo entre tradiciones, pueden ser útiles para
futuros análisis sobre el tema de la resiliencia y la educación.
Se concluye también quien tienen mayor resiliencia producen mejor, están más
enfocados y son más felices, quien responde a las dificultades de la vida con mayor
rapidez y flexibilidad, sale de un momento de crisis con mucha más facilidad que una
persona con un bajo índice de resiliencia, ya que tiende a estancarse en el sufrimiento o
dificultad por la que atraviesa. Y hoy estamos en medio de una crisis. ¡No te arrepientas,
levanta la cabeza y sigue adelante!
The objective of this research work is to make known that the theoretical analyzes and research on resilience in the field of education were innovative, since they looked at the teacher and his abilities to develop positive aspects in adverse environments. In the case of resilience associated with education, there is a concern not only for the resilient student, but also for the teacher who can, himself, develop resilience in favor of him and in favor of the other. In this context, individualist readings and psychological reveal limits in the sense that they include little or even disregard the influences of the environment, the social structure and the interactional field in the construction of resilient processes. After the analysis carried out, which implied a critical review of the literature, postulates that the meanings produced by the authors undergo successive interpretations and they are embodied in the concrete reality in which they are produced. We believe that theoretical analyzes in in tune with this field, but move towards the analysis of symbolic fields, the capital generated in this universe and the dialogue between traditions, can be useful for future analyzes on the topic of resilience and education. It is also concluded that those who have greater resilience produce better, are more focused and happier, who responds to life's difficulties more speed and flexibility, emerges from a moment of crisis much more easily than a person with a low resilience index, since they tend to stagnate in suffering or difficulty he is going through. And today we are in the midst of a crisis. Do not regret, raise your head and move on!
