Abstract
El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación fue determinar la relación entre el síndrome de
Burnout y el desempeño laboral en los colaboradores de una institución educativa privada.
La metodología empleada fue de enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental
descriptivo y correlacional. La población y muestra estuvo conformada por personal
administrativo y docentes cuya carga laboral es igual o mayor a 48 horas semanales. Para
la recopilación de la información se empleó el cuestionario de Malash Burnout Inventory
(MBI) adaptado para administrativos y docentes; y el instrumento de investigación
desempeño laboral a través del modelo de evaluación por competencias laborales. Los
resultados de la investigación demuestran que existe relación positiva media entre las
variables de estudio; lo cual, no implica influencia directa.

The Research results demonstrate that there is a medium positive relationship between the study variables; which does not imply direct influence.
