Abstract
El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación es determinar la relación que existe entre la
motivación organizacional y el desempeño laboral en la empresa Herco Combustible S.A.C.
Lurín, 2020. Asimismo, el de ayudar a fortalecer la importancia de conocer el tema de
motivación organizacional, la misma que permite el desarrollo de estrategias para mejorar el
desempeño laboral.
La investigación se ha desarrollado en base al método científico con un enfoque
cuantitativo debido a que es un procedimiento riguroso, válido y fiable para adquirir
conocimiento acerca de las leyes que rigen los hechos o las ideas. El estudio es aplicado y
descriptivo, así mismo, posee un diseño no experimental correlacional.
La principal conclusión a la que se llegó en la investigación es que existe una relación
significativa entre “motivación organizacional” y “desempeño laboral”, con un coeficiente de
correlación de 0.886 lo cual indicó una correlación moderada entre las variables y p = 0.000
< 0.01 que corresponde a un nivel de confiabilidad del 99%, por lo tanto se toma la decisión
de rechazar la hipótesis nula y se acepta la hipótesis alterna; de tal forma que la motivación
organizacional se relaciona significativamente con el desempeño laboral en la empresa Herco
Combustibles S.A.C. Lurín, 2020.
The objective of this research work is to determine the relationship between the organizational motivation and work performance in the company Herco Combustible S.A.C. Lurín, 2020. Likewise, to help strengthen the importance of knowing the subject of organizational motivation, the same that allows the development of strategies to improve the job performance. The research has been developed based on the scientific method with a focus quantitative because it is a rigorous, valid and reliable procedure to acquire knowledge about the laws that govern facts or ideas. The study is applied and descriptive, likewise, it has a non-experimental correlational design. The main conclusion reached in the investigation is that there is a relationship between "organizational motivation" and "job performance", with a coefficient of correlation of 0.886 which indicated a moderate correlation between the variables and p = 0.000 < 0.01 which corresponds to a confidence level of 99%, therefore the decision is made rejecting the null hypothesis and accepting the alternate hypothesis; so that the motivation organization is significantly related to job performance in the company Herco Combustibles S.A.C. Lurin, 2020.
