Abstract
Esta investigación se realizó para hallar la correspondencia entre las variables de
gestión institucional y calidad del servicio educativo, se realizó con un enfoque
cuantitativo, diseño correlacional, no experimental de corte transversal. Para recoger la
información requerida, previamente se diseñó un conjunto de instrumentos que fueron
validados por expertos, luego se determinó la validez y confiabilidad, aplicando el
estadístico alfa de Cronbach. Aplicándose estos instrumentos para ambas variables,
cuestionarios con 30 preguntas utilizando una escala Likert para la valoración de las
respuestas. Estos instrumentos permitieron establecer las relaciones entre las variables y
llegar a conclusiones que permiten tener una idea de cómo se desarrollan las relaciones
interpersonales entre los diferentes actores de una institución educativa por lo que
podemos afirmar que las conclusiones a las que hemos arribado nos permiten hacer
recomendaciones sobre la gestión y la calidad de los servicios en la Institución Educativa
N° 5082 Sarita Colonia de la Región Callao.
