Abstract
El objetivo general de la investigación fue determinar la relación entre la
evaluación formativa y la calidad educativa según los docentes de la Institución Educativa
General Prado Callao, 2020. La muestra es de 44 docentes de la Institución Educativa
General Prado Callao que se determinó por el método de muestreo no probabilístico. El
método empleado fue el hipotético-deductivo, el diseño fue no experimental de nivel
correlacional de corte transversal; se recogió la información en un período específico, se
desarrolló la técnica de la encuesta y el instrumento de recolección de datos, fue un
cuestionario que se utilizó para recoger la información de los docentes vía google
formularios. Para la confiabilidad del instrumento se utilizó el alfa de Cronbach, salió para
la variable evaluación formativa 0, 885 y para la variable calidad educativa fue de 0,955.
Para el análisis descriptivo se realizó tablas de distribución de frecuencias y el gráfico de
barras. Y para la contrastación de la hipótesis se llevó a cabo por Rho de Spearman. La
investigación concluyó que existe una correlación moderada entre la evaluación formativa
y la calidad educativa según los docentes de la Institución Educativa General Prado Callao,
2020. Siendo el Rho de Spearman= 0,437 y p Valor =0,003 <0, 05. Esto confirmó la
hipótesis y el objetivo general del estudio.
The general objective of the research was to determine the relationship between formative evaluation and educational quality according to the teachers of the General Prado Callao Educational Institution, 2020. The sample is 44 teachers of the General Prado Callao Educational Institution that was determined by the sampling method non- probabilistic. The method used was hypothetical-deductive; the design was non- experimental with a cross-sectional correlational level; The information was collected in a specific period, the survey technique and the data collection instrument were developed, it was a questionnaire that was used to collect information from the teachers via google forms. For the reliability of the instrument, Cronbach's alpha was used, it was 0, 885 for the formative evaluation variable and for the educational quality variable it was 0.955. For the descriptive analysis, frequency distribution tables and the bar graph were made. And for the testing of the hypothesis it was carried out by Rho de Spearman. The research concluded that there is a moderate correlation between formative evaluation and educational quality according to the teachers of the Prado Callao General Educational Institution, 2020. Being the Spearman Rho = 0.437 and pValue = 0.003 < 0.05;. This confirmed the hypothesis and the general objective of the study.
