Abstract
El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación es determinar la relación entre la
autoevaluación institucional y el rendimiento escolar en el área curricular de educación
religiosa en la Institución Educativa N° 7038 Ollantay UGEL -01 San Juan de Miraflores.
La investigación fue de tipo básico, de enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, nivel
correlacional, aplicando un cuestionario y una ficha de registro a una muestra de 20
docentes de primaria. Los resultados mostraron que la autoevaluación presenta un nivel
regular en un 50% y el rendimiento académico es bajo en un 50%, adicionalmente se
demostró que la autoevaluación escolar, administrativa, pedagógica y comunitaria se
relaciona significativamente con el rendimiento escolar presentando una significancia
menor al 5%. Se concluyó que la autoevaluación institucional se relaciona positiva y
significativamente con el rendimiento escolar, representado con una correlación de 0.788 y
un p.valor igual a 0.000.
