dc.description.abstractEl objetivo de este trabajo de investigación es dar a conocer que la atención a los niños con Necesidades Educativas Especiales (NEE) está sustentada en la proclamación de los derechos humanos y muy en particular a los derechos del niño y del adolescente. Hoy en día la atención de niños con NEE ya no es cuestionada, Sin embargo, hasta algunas décadas, la visión hacia los niños con NEE, muy en particular a aquellos niños que presentan alguna señal de minusvalía, desde una visión caritativa, que no aborda la comprensión de la compleja realidad sociocultural que por su naturaleza implicaba. La Organización de las Naciones Unidas para la Educación (Unesco, 1995) da cuenta, que, desde tiempo atrás, ha existido contradicciones en el tratamiento y atención dado a las personas con NEE y dentro de ellas, infantes que padecen alguna discapacidad intelectual o física, generando situaciones dentro del aula. Al respecto para el Ministerio de educación (Minedu, s/f) estas son necesidades relacionadas con estudiantes que tienen alta capacidad o dificultades de aprendizaje, estos estudiantes no son necesariamente discapacitados, pero son los que se vuelven especiales cuando exigen respuestas específicas adecuadas. La noción de NEE se puso de manifiesto a partir de las discusiones del llamado movimiento por la inclusión y los reflejos provocados por la Conferencia Mundial de Educación Especial.es_PE
dc.description.abstractThe objective of this research work is to make known that the attention to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is based on the proclamation of human rights and, in particular, the rights of children and adolescents. Today the care of children with SEN is no longer questioned. However, until a few decades, the vision towards children with SEN, very particularly those children who present some sign of handicap, from a charitable vision, which does not address the understanding of the complex sociocultural reality that by its nature implied. The United Nations Educational Organization (Unesco, 1995) realizes that, for a long time, there have been contradictions in the treatment and care given to people with SEN and within them, infants who suffer from some intellectual or physical disability. , generating situations within the classroom.
