Abstract
En la presente investigación se estudia la relación existente entre la inteligencia
emocional y relaciones en los estudiantes de la institución educativa Divino Señor dela
Misericordia, Laredo, La Libertad. La población estuvo formada 70 sujetos y la muestra
fue d tipo censal por ser la población pequeña, a quienes se les aplico dos instrumentos los
cuales pasaron por validez de juicio de expertos y confiabilidad a través de Alfa de
Cronbach. Los resultados fueron analizados en el nivel descriptivo, en donde se han
utilizado frecuencias y porcentajes y en el nivel inferencial se ha hecho uso de la
estadística paramétrica y como tal se ha utilizado r de Pearson a un nivel de 0,05, dado que
los datos presentan distribución normal. Los resultados indican que la inteligencia
emocional y las relaciones se expresan predominantemente en un nivel medio. Asimismo,
se demuestra que existe correlación directa, modera y significativa entre la inteligencia
emocional y las relaciones en los estudiantes.
In the present investigation, the relationship between emotional intelligence and relationships in the students of the Divino Señor de la Misericordia educational institution, Laredo, La Libertad, is studied. The results were analyzed at the descriptive level, where frequencies and percentages have been used and at the inferential level parametric statistics have been used and as such Pearson's r has been used at a level of 0.05, given that the Data show normal distribution. The results indicate that emotional intelligence and relationships are predominantly expressed at a medium level. Likewise, it is shown that there is a direct, moderate and significant correlation between emotional intelligence and relationships in students.
