Abstract
La que se desarrolla a continuación fue titulada como el Desempeño docente y la
satisfacción del servicio académico en estudiantes del V ciclo de estudios de la
especialidad de educación inicial de la Universidad Nacional de Educación Enrique
Guzmán y Valle, se ejecuta siguiendo los procedimientos de un enfoque cuantitativo, el
tipo de investigación utilizada fue la sustantiva, con un diseño no experimental transversal
correlacional, se contó con la participación de 96 estudiantes de la Facultad de educación
inicial de la UNE, seleccionada bajo un muestreo probabilística. Como instrumentos de
recolección de datos se utilizaron el cuestionario según las variables (Desempeño docente
y la satisfacción del servicio académico), estos fueron validados mediante juicio de
expertos y obtuvieron confiabilidad mediante el estadístico Alfa de Cronbach (0,898 y
0,970 respectivamente). Los resultados se dividieron en descriptivos e inferenciales, y los
primeros indican que cuando los encuestados perciben que el desempeño docente es muy
alto, el 5,2% están muy satisfechos con el servicio académico, cuando perciben que el
desempeño docente es de nivel medio, el 25,0% tienen una satisfacción moderada, y
cuando perciben que el desempeño docente es bajo, el 20,8% están insatisfechos con el
servicio académico. En cuanto a los resultados inferencias se halló que existe relación
directa y significativa entre el desempeño docente y la satisfacción del servicio académico
en estudiantes del V ciclo de estudios de la especialidad de educación inicial de la
Universidad Nacional de Educación Enrique Guzmán y Valle, 2020. (p ˂ 0,05, Rho de
Spearman = 0,842, siendo correlación positiva muy alta).
The one that is developed below was titled as the teaching performance and the satisfaction of the academic service in students of the V cycle of studies of the specialty of initial education of the National University of Education Enrique Guzmán y Valle, it is executed following the procedures of a quantitative approach, the type of research used was substantive, with a non-experimental cross-correlational design, with the participation of 96 students from the Faculty of initial education of the UNE, selected under a probabilistic sampling. As data collection instruments, the questionnaire was used according to the variables (Teaching performance and academic service satisfaction), these were validated through expert judgment and reliability was obtained through the Cronbach's Alpha statistic (0.898 and 0.970 respectively). The results were divided into descriptive and inferential, and the former indicate that when the respondents perceive that the teaching performance is very high, 5.2% are very satisfied with the academic service, when they perceive that the teaching performance is of a medium level, 25.0% have moderate satisfaction, and when they perceive that teaching performance is low, 20.8% are dissatisfied with the academic service. Regarding the inference results, it was found that there is a direct and significant relationship between teaching performance and satisfaction with academic service in students of the V cycle of studies of the specialty of initial education of the National University of Education Enrique Guzmán y Valle, 2020.
