Abstract
El objetivo de la presente investigación fue determinar si existe relación entre el
liderazgo del director y la eficacia educativa en la I.E. Pedro Ruiz Gallo - 2017, bajo la
visión de los docentes de secundaria. El enfoque fue de una investigación cuantitativa, de
tipo descriptivo correlacional, de diseño no experimental. La población estuvo compuesta
por 65 docentes, de los cuales se tomó una muestra de 55, obtenidos por muestreo
aleatorio, a quienes se les aplicó una encuesta de 18 preguntas con una escala de cinco
categorías de respuestas referida a ambas variables. Este instrumento tuvo una fuerte
confiabilidad de 0.898. Se realizó el análisis correspondiente a los resultados de la
encuesta llegando a la demostración empírica de que el 76.68% apoya o considera
positivamente los requerimientos de los indicadores y las dimensiones propuestas en el
instrumento. El liderazgo más empleado por el director es el “laissez faire” que alcanza el
87.9%, seguido del “democrático” con 85.5%; esto fue ampliamente corroborado y
contrastado empleando el chi cuadrado. Se concluyó que existe relación entre el liderazgo
del director y la eficacia educativa en la I.E. Pedro Ruiz Gallo - 2017.
The objective of the present investigation was to determine if there is a relationship between the leadership of the director and the educational effectiveness in the I.E. Pedro Ruiz Gallo - 2017, under the vision of secondary school teachers. The focus was on quantitative research, of a correlational descriptive type, of non-experimental design. The population was made up of 65 teachers, of whom a sample of 55 was taken, obtained by random sampling, to whom a survey of 18 questions was applied with a scale of five categories of answers referring to both variables. This instrument had a strong reliability of 0.898. The analysis corresponding to the results of the survey was carried out, reaching the empirical demonstration that 76.68% support or positively consider the requirements of the indicators and the dimensions proposed in the instrument. The leadership most used by the director is the "laissez faire" that reaches 87.9%, followed by the "democratic" with 85.5%; this was widely corroborated and contrasted using the chi square.
