Abstract
Esta investigación tuvo como propósito determinar la relación entre las capacidades
pedagógicas y el desempeño educativo en los docentes de la Escuela Militar de Chorrillos
Coronel Francisco Bolognesi – 2019. El método del estudio que se empleó fue de tipo
aplicada, enfoque cuantitativo, con un nivel descriptivo correlacional, de diseño no
experimental y de corte transversal. Para ello se utilizó una muestra censal de 74 docentes.
Además, se aplicó a los entrevistados un cuestionario conformado por 18 ítems, las cuales
fueron distribuidas de la siguiente manera: 9 preguntas para la variable capacidades
pedagógicas y la misma cantidad para la variable desempeño educativo, contó con 5
opciones de respuesta tipo Likert. El instrumento demostró tener una alta confiabilidad de
0.922, por lo que, se comprobó su validez. Las respuestas fueron analizadas y se determinó
que un 92.2% de los entrevistados consideró positivos los ítems planteados en el
cuestionario; se utilizó el Rho de Spearman para corroborar y contrastar la información.
Estos resultados permitieron confirmar la existencia de correlación entre las capacidades
pedagógicas y el desempeño educativo en los docentes de la Escuela Militar de Chorrillos
Coronel Francisco Bolognesi – 2019.
The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between pedagogical skills and educational performance in the teachers of the Military School of Chorrillos Coronel Francisco Bolognesi - 2019. The study method used was applied, quantitative approach, with a descriptive correlational level, non-experimental design and cross- sectional. A census sample of 74 teachers was used. In addition, a questionnaire made up of 18 items was applied to the interviewees, which were distributed as follows: 9 questions for the pedagogical capacities variable and the same amount for the educational performance variable, had 5 Likert-type answer options. The instrument proved to have a high reliability of 0.922, so its validity was checked. The answers were analyzed and it was determined that 92.2% of those interviewed considered the items on the questionnaire to be positive; Spearman's Rho was used to corroborate and contrast the information. These results allowed confirming the existence of a correlation between the pedagogical capacities and the educational performance of the teachers at the Military School of Chorrillos Coronel Francisco Bolognesi - 2019.
