Universidad Nacional de Educación Enrique Guzmán y Valle, Lima, Perú.http://repositorio.une.edu.pe/handle/20.500.14039/6858El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación fue la dinámica de grupos hace referencia a la actividad en la que las relaciones se tornan cruciales y sirven de muestra para comprender la naturaleza gregaria del ser humano, con su estudio se comprende de manera holística cómo se dan estas asociaciones; es decir, cómo se propician y las ventajas que ofrecen, por lo cual se creía era necesario tratar su origen. En virtud de lo antedicho, se desarrolla el poder e influencia de los grupos, para lo cual fue necesario revisar dentro de las bases teóricas del poder social y cómo esta se distendía a las relaciones sociales, así como la consecuencia de las mismas a un grado social. Asimismo, resulta de especial interés repasar los procesos motivacionales inherentes, también, al hombre como individuo y como parte de un grupo, el cual dinamiza no solo sus intenciones, sino sus ilusiones o lo que propiamente se define como metas, para luego ponerse de acuerdo con sus pares y dirigir la acción de grupo hacia la consecución de los objetivos que logren trazar después de llegar a un acuerdo. Por último, basado en el concepto más puro de la dinámica, que como en otras ciencias refiere a la relación entre las causas que fluctúan el movimiento y es por ello, que en el último capítulo se considere el funcionamiento de los estándares de grupo, su estructura y las normas, las cuales sirven de reguladores para el comportamiento de quienes conforman el grupo.The objective of this research work was group dynamics, which refers to the activity in which relationships are become crucial and serve as a sample to understand the gregarious nature of being human, with its study it is understood in a holistic way how these associations occur; that is, how they are promoted and the advantages they offer, for which it was believed necessary treat its origin.
